About The Founder

Shri Hitesh Aras is a Mechanical Engineering graduate and an International Certified Yoga Master, with an M.Sc. in Yoga from S-VYASA Yoga University. He is the Founder of HITYOGA – Right to Yoga, a registered international yoga institute committed to spreading mindful, transformative practices. Hitesh has trained in Aerial and Antenatal Yoga, and developed Hitha Kriya©, a copyrighted breath-based meditation technique recognized by the Government of India. He has conducted workshops, sessions at Himalayan locations, and yoga seminars across schools and institutions, inspiring people toward health, discipline, and inner peace through the 5 AMYoga lifestyle.

1. What is the duration and timing of the 5 AM Yoga program?

The program runs from Monday to Friday, starting at 5:00 AM. It includes 60 minutes of yoga practice (5:00–6:00 AM) followed by 30 minutes of guided group study (6:00–6:30 AM), making it a total of 90 minutes.

2. Who can enroll in the 5 AM Yoga for Students program?

The program is open to students from 8th, 9th, and 10th standard, PUC, degree students, and competitive exam aspirants including IAS, IPS, KAS, engineering, medical, MBA, MSc students and General Public.

3. What practices are included in the daily yoga session?

Each session includes 12 rounds of Surya Namaskara, Hatha Yoga asanas, Ashtanga Vinyasa, pranayama, and meditation, followed by structured study tips, techniques, and group self-study practice for Students.

4. Is this program suitable for beginners?

Yes. The program is designed to support students at all levels. Practices are taught in a structured and guided manner, making it suitable even for students with no prior yoga experience.

5. What are the fees for the program?

The monthly fee is ₹899 for the general public and Discount will be provided  for school and degree students  (valid ID card must be submitted).
